Kein Firefighter-ID-Konzept — CapaKraken nutzt keine ERP-/SAP-ähnlichen Systeme mit FFID-Funktionalität. Privilegierte Zugriffe sind über Role-Based Access (Auth.js + internes Rollensystem) abgedeckt.

Falls doch anwendbar: Ticket wieder öffnen und Label not-applicable entfernen.
